As PENANG’s premier aquarium and pet shop, Chew Thean Yeang Aquatic & Pet had been first established in 1963 and undergone major transformation over the years. In 2004, a main brand shop had been opened and located in the heart of inner city of Georgetown (Burma Road). It has become a World Class Pet Centre with more than 30,000 sq ft that can accommodate up to 1,000 visitors.

This one-stop superstore is divided into several departments for one’s convenience and pleasure. The Ornamental Fish and Water Plant section features over 50,000 types of tropical and marine ornamental fishes. It is equipped with completed filtration system based on Europe’s advanced filtration technology.

In year 2010, we advance our service to Pet Hotel line. We are striking in making pet’s life comfortable. In year 2014, we opened up second Pet Hotel.

In year 2015, new outlet of Chew Thean Yeang Aquarium finally opened and located in the heart of satellite city. It has become Malaysia first aquarium & pet shop which equipped with escalator.
